Job Description:

HR Analyst / Compensation Contract

 

A HR Analyst/Compensation Contractor is needed for 3-6 month assignment in High Point/Greensboro, NC.

The HR Analyst/Compensation Contractor will be responsible for managing a variety of compensation/HR related projects and conducting in-depth analysis to support Companyís Supply Chain compensation philosophy and effective management decision-making. The position provides support for cost effective compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.       Create and maintain databases as needed for reporting and/or analysis in support of Supply Chainís Temporary Labor Initiatives

2.       Develop and oversee key HR reports and analytics that drive awareness and help inform key decisions for HR

3.       Analyze, synthesize and prevent HR data and reports back to the HR Business

4.       Work directly with application of techniques of job analysis, evaluations, grading, and pricing in order to determine and convert relative job worth into monetary values t be administered according to pay-scale guidelines and policy

5.       Participate in process improvement strategies that leverage current systems, data structures, and other technologies

6.       Assist in providing analytical services for various compensation programs and projects to ensure their objectives are carried out in an effective, efficient and timely manner. Including data management, reporting, and interaction with HR Team

7.       Support the annual compensation planning process and system

8.       Assist with data updates to support annual compensation tool and data management

9.       Assist in designing solutions through critical assessment and delivery in support of core HR processes; promoting a consistent approach

10.   Assist with providing guidance to HR Directors and team leaders on compensation policies and practices

11.   Generate ad hoc as well as self-directed reports and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, issues, etc.

12.   Provide research and analysis for multiple compensation projects

Role allows for stretch assignments and other projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

1.       BS degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

2.       2-3 years of compensation, HR Analysis or and HR Generalist support role

3.       Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills in performance of moderate to complex analysis

4.       High degree of accuracy, confidentiality and timeliness is required for the completion of assigned projects

5.       Must have aptitude and ability to learn and use multiple systems including Lawson, PeopleSoft, and Success Factors

6.       Advance Excel skills   

7.       Strong business partner and consulting capabilities

8.       Ability to work independently and assume responsibility

9.       Experience working across the various HR disciplines including compensation, recruiting and HRIS and employee relations

10.   Experience in analyzing and presenting HR data and reports.
